Getting Your Order to You

Delivery Information

All of our products are delivered direct to your door using third-party couriers. Deliveries typically take place between 08:30 and 18:30, Monday to Friday, and will require a signature.

Once your order has been picked and packaged, we ship using an overnight delivery service. In the majority of cases this allows us to deliver on a day of your choosing, so you can arrange for someone to be in to accept the delivery. All goods signed for are received in good condition.

Please note: the delivery driver may leave your goods in a secure location or with a neighbour if you are not there to accept delivery on the specified day. If no one is present to sign for and accept the delivery, we may have to apply an additional charge for re-delivery — this is because we are ourselves recharged by our couriers, so it's important that someone is available to accept the delivery. If you need to arrange a specific delivery day, please state a day at checkout or call our sales team on 01691 757 222.

Collection

Collection can be arranged by calling our sales office on 01691 757 222. We carry the majority of our products in stock; however, we recommend calling before making the trip to ensure your order has been picked and is ready for collection.
