Shipping policy

All orders are delivered direct to your door using third-party couriers.
Deliveries typically take place between 08:30 and 18:30, Monday to Friday. Deliveries will normally require a signature.
Once your order has been picked and packaged, it is sent using an overnight delivery service. In most cases, this allows delivery to be arranged for a day of your choosing so that someone can be available to accept it.
The overnight service applies after your order has been picked and packaged. It does not state how long an order will take to be processed before dispatch.
Delivery charges
Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Choosing a delivery day
To request a specific delivery day, state the requested day at checkout or call us on 01691 757 222.
Missed deliveries
If you are not available to accept delivery on the specified day, the courier may leave the goods in a secure location or with a neighbour.
If the delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to sign for and accept it, an additional charge may apply for redelivery because our courier may charge us for the additional delivery attempt.

Collection can be arranged from our Oswestry shop by calling 01691 757 222.
We carry the majority of our products in stock. However, we recommend calling before travelling so that we can confirm availability and ensure your order is picked and ready for collection.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please notify us as soon as possible by emailing sales@mttmotoparts.com with the subject line "Damaged Goods", or by calling 01691 757 222.
A signature confirms receipt of the delivery. It does not remove your right to report goods that are damaged, missing, faulty or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
